Health and wellness coaching is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavioral change by challenging a client to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values and goals, and act upon those discoveries.
Working privately with a health coach is helpful when one struggles with behavioral change, goal setting and following through, or turning one’s vision into reality. This form of support is for those who are seeking knowledge and strategies to develop healthy habits and autonomy in their lives. My private coaching program is most helpful for those ready to make a change in their life related to health in the form of weight management, chronic pain management, stress management or addiction recovery from drugs and alcohol abuse or eating disorders.
Working with me 1:1 is helpful when you crave more accountability, support, and someone who will call you out (kindly) when you are deluding yourself, talking yourself into a negative place, or struggling to figure out how to make movement forward. When I work with a client privately, I take a stand for long term, lasting results, positive change, and autonomy which will last long after we stop working together.
I offer 3 and 6 month private health and wellness coaching packages – highly personalized experiences designed to help you create the life you desire. Together we’ll create a custom plan that works for you by starting with a special process to discover how you best thrive and succeed. We’ll identify goals, define the strategies and create action steps that will support you in your journey towards living the life you deserve. Coaching sessions are held via phone or Skype so we can work together from virtually anywhere.
