Craving something creamy, savory, and full of fresh spring vegetables? Me too! This 20170425_192845recipe is full of fresh veggies and contains vitamin, mineral, and anti-oxidant rich cashews. It’s the perfect balance of salty, savory, and sweet; combining vine ripened tomatoes and immune boosting garlic and onion. Make it for lunch or serve it for dinner, either way you’ll be satisfied!
